It’s a loophole that’s already being sued.

Basically, they passed a law that says that all abortion providers must be an OB-GYN and have hospital visitation privileges.  The former is not difficult, but the latter is.  It’s next to impossible to get hospital visitation privileges.  There was only one abortion provider in the state before this law, and none of the doctors there could get visitation privileges before the bill went into effect.
