I’m having a think.
Long story short, I’m training to walk a 5K and I really like it. So I have this idea to have a Starkid marathon where people raise money for a charity by walking/running/etc. and there’s a hashtag #RunningForStarkid. So yeah.

I’m going to be making a video for this once I can, you know, do it and talk at the same time. The whole workout takes about 20 minutes and can easily be modified to be more/less intense and doable for all conditions.
